THE APPAREL PUNCH CARD RAFFLE
RUNS FROM NOV - FEB
• Dancers will receive a blank 'punch card' on the first day of class
• Each dancer is in charge of their own cards
(Any lost cards will be replaced with a new blank card)
• Punch Card Points can only be filled in by a board member
• Points cannot be transferred or combined with another member's points
• Earn 8 points to complete a card
• Each card you complete gives you another chance to win the raffle
• Completed cards must be turned in to a board member to enter
• No limit to how many cards you can complete

Vinyl prizes are for the custom Outlet vinyl decals that can be applied to apparel.
(Does not include the physical apparel items.)
Vinyl prizes are redeemable at the Outlet Apparel Party for any size / design option.
Complimentary performance ticket will be provided later in the season (prior to ticket sales).

1 Point (limit 1 per week)
Lead Warm Up / Teach a Class
1 Point (for each 15 min of class taught)
Refer a Guest Instructor
1 Point (per referral)
Attend an Outlet Social Event
2 Points (per event)
Take a class outside of Outlet or with the other Outlet branch *
2 Points (per class)
* Must notify rehearsal director prior to attending to confirm your spot in class.
Volunteer to help with a committee project (fundraising, social, costumes, etc)
