To our new members, WELCOME and to our returning members, HELLO AGAIN! We are so pumped for the new season and for all of you to be a part of it! If you have not yet logged in to the “company only” page on our website, please make sure to do that soon!


This season our concert performance will moving to the burbs!  We are excited to finally be able to make this move for MANY reasons including a larger stage, more seats in the theater, plenty of free parking, and the chance to grow our audience locally.  The new venue is the Cutting Hall Performance Center in the heart of Palatine, a beautiful space originally built in the 1920s!

Traffic happens, work happens... life happens, but only having 2 hrs a week, we need to use our time as wisely as possible. (Plus, important announcements always happen at the start of class you don't want to miss!) If you have any conflicts, please make sure to fill out our Missed Class Form at LEAST 2 weeks in advance.


We do not have a required dress code for our dancers beyond asking to have your hair pulled back. Wear what makes you feel the most comfortable and allows you to dance full-out. MASKS are currently required while in the studio spaces.


In terms of our Covid-19 policies, we will adhere to any policies set by the studios/venue. The policies may alter and change as the season continues. We will always do our best to check in with all company members to make sure everyone feels comfortable before making changes. If you are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to someone with Covid, we ask that you attend class/rehearsal via Zoom until you have finished quarantine.

For dancers interested in submitting choreography for the concert this year, our proposed deadline is NOV 12TH. This is not a requirement, but a volunteered opportunity to showcase your work with our company. We are happy to provide the dancers, rehearsal space, costumes, and performance space - along with a complimentary video and photos to expand your portfolio.


We will be offering our yearly company photo shoot (dates TBA)! If for any reason you are unable to make any of the offered dates, you will have the option to join the photoshoot for the South branch. Every dancer will receive a select amount of approved company photos to use & share during the season.


We have a TeePublic account set up where you (or your friends/family) can order official Outlet Gear.  A portion of the profits gets donated to the company as a year round fundraiser. We also will be organizing other custom apparel exclusively available for company members this season (more info coming soon!)


This year we will have set Committees to help with different aspects of the company and allow members to be more involved! Each committee will be organized by an Outlet Board Member, but we will be looking for volunteers to join in to help with planning, creating and executing different projects: Social Committee, Fundraising Committee, Performance Committee, and Communications Committee.
